A. you should give it only under the guidance of your pediatrician please do not self medicate if you were giving it till now to continue it you should ask your doctor only

A. hi if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then need of extra medicines . offer homemade healthy food keep your child well hydrated avoid giving RO water provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day. maintain good hygiene.
