absolutely not it is highly recommended that the mother who is lactating to should refrain from consumption of alcohol because some amount of the alcohol may be get secreted into the milk

If You are exclusively breastfeeding the child and you should not take alcohol and if you are not exclusively feeding your child on other food also then you can have it but not much and try to maintain a minimum gap of 6 to 12 hours for a feat after taking alcohol or more or less like 12 hours at least
