#askdoctors baby spit out milk a lot in evening after each feeding even though he has burped.

Author of questionGuardian of a 4 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. I have low breast milk supply so I feed him breastmilk then formula milk. even after burping, he spits milk specially in evening and less in daytime. also, I wanted to ask ideally he should sleep for how many hours in total?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal in babies at this age.. please breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months and leo after burp hold in upright position for 10-15 minutes. take care
