ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not give solids after 4 months. Continue to breastfeed exclusively till 6 months complete. You can continue to breastfeed even if you are working. Breastfeed baby before going to work and after coming back from work. While at work, baby can be fed with expressed breast milk using katori and spoon. Breast milk stays good at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours and in the chiller section of refrigerator for 24 hours.
