U Start with rice Dal water followed by porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable soup vegetable juices pumpkin soup all kind of healthy options that you can think of giving to the child you should try to introduce most of it from the very beginning it self but try to give healthy and different taste to your child every now and then that your child isn’t bored of the same food every time
