#AskAnExpert hi..I have completed 7 months and tested Covid positive. No fever now, existing symptoms are cough, little irritation in chest, occasional pain in legs and arms. in my blood report ESR is 75 and RBC are predominantly Hypochromic Normocytic picture. please guide what should I do and eat.

A. hello since you are a expecting mom please keep an eye on spo2 level and you can have a oxymeter and have mild food in the diet with plenty of fluids and vegetables and in regards to medication please check with your doctor and seh will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
