Q.

#askanexpert Hi I express milk via breast pump and give it to my little one. suddenly, I see from a few days that the supply of milk that I use to express has come down(dropped) is there any specific reason, any home remedies, or is there anything I can take to increase the supply ?

A. hi. do have food tgan improve breast milk secretion. u may take lactare capsules to increase breast milk supply. it would e better to latch ur baby yo breast more often
