#ask the expet .I have multiple gallstones after my delivery..I am exclusive breastfeeding mother..can I take cow's milk 2-3 times a day? and calcium supplements.. doesn't it affect my gallbladder stones?

You are a breastfeeding mother and it is very important that you take calcium supplements and also take 2 to 3 cup of milk in a day. Because how much will you will take that will only help in increasing your breast milk. So maintain a proper diet Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
