#ask the experts i have twin daughters of 2 yrs..generally they sleep around 12 am in night and everyday they woke uo after 2 or 3 hrs and becomes restless and need me..my one daughter cries in sleep..this routine is from past 1.5 yrs.what could be the reason

A. hello many kids are dependent on mothers as such and slowly try to wean off from that. also make a good sleeping routine with massage and bath and some songs so that they have sound deep sleep.
