A. Hello mAm You should start solid after completing 6 months Start with liquid first like thin dal, rice kanji, soups, coconut water, steamed and puréed fruits or vegetables, thin Upma Use boiled water Start with 4-5 tsp twice a day and then slowly increase quantity and frequency
