A. its very good as it makes food soft..
as your child has completed six months you can start dal ka Pani or rice water or fruit purees along with breast milk

A. Hello dear parent! Yes, you can definitely give pressure cooked food items like mashed dals and mashed rice. Give your baby small quantities of semi solids like homemade cerelac, mashed bananas, ragi, apple purée and so on. Give sips of water. Continue breastfeeding.
