ask the expert# my1year 4 months son got fever, cough, change in voice since Monday evening, I gave doc prescribed paracetamol n other syrup his fever got down n i didn't any syrup on Thursday n friday but again on Saturday morning he got fever, v did blood examination n all it's just viral fever.. but still he have mild fever n sinusitis is der.. his nose is running continuously.. suggest treatment for sinusitis

A. Don’t worry viral fever usually takes around 5 to 7 days to subside so continue medicine and put nasoclear nasal drops for congestion in nasal tract abd steam inhalation twice a day
