#Ask the Expert My son is 3 yrs 6 months old....he has not started conversing yet....he only speaks words which we tell him to say but while speaking some words he says within his mouth which does not sound clearly...yesterday I visited the pediatrician he checked his tongue he says there is a minor tongue tie in the middle of the tongue.....is it possible that there can be a tongue tie in the middle which is not visible till we check the tongue
