ask the expert#my baby is 7 month old and I am giving sabudana kheer daily to him is there any harm to give sabudana to baby

A. Dear mum, you can give sabudana kheer from 8 months onwards. It is chewy, can be difficult for baby to swallow. Sabudana contains only starch and does not have any other nutrients.
