Q.

#Ask the expert My baby is 19 month old. from last night she has a little temperature on her body. today I have her mancold and flu syrup. but still not have any change in temperature. she don't have cold or anything. only temperature. what to do?

A. thank you sir. can I repeat this mancold syrup? it contains paracetamol 250mg. if yes then what quantity should I give?

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line vftreatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
