There is loss of nutrients from your body after delivery due to which u feel weekness... Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to recover from weakness and for healthy milk supply..
Have milk with dry fruits in it, fresh fruits juice, roti, rice, egg, milk products etc
