#Ask the expert I mistakenly given 0.5 ml of pediatric paracetamol drops to my 3 months old at a time who has vaccinated will it cause any problem? please suggest me

A. no problem when fever comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swellicng you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever
