Ask the expert I am breast feed mother I can take ajwan jeera and fennel mixed water for drinking at daily one time

A. yes of course you can have these things while you are breastfeeding your baby and it is not going to adversely impact you in any way in fact it will improve the breast milk production and also will keep your digestion Prabha
