Hello ma’am Just monitor it for a day or two if the same thing happens then it could be due to some other reason and not the powdered milk then in that case it would be better to consult your paediatrician for a proper checkup because the doctor only can tell you the right reason behind it and if needed would be suggesting you medicine as well
