ask the expert hello I am 16 weeks pregnant and my wt is 53 kg in 1 month it was 57 kg and from 2 to 3 month my wt is 53 is it normal

Yes In initial three months of your pregnancy you can lose up to approximately 5 KG that’s completely normal but now if you’re not going to gain then that is going to be an issue but if you are going to gain properly now then it is not a problem so try to focus more on a protein rich diet for yourself
