#Ask the expert.. Hello Doctor, request you to please suggest a good cough syrup for my 3.8year old son.. he is currently taking Maxtra Kep LS and Miliclav Forte as recommended by his paediatrician.. Please advise on the same.. as his cold and cough is not getting better with this..

You’re actually giving one of the best medicine suggested for the child but if the child is not getting better I would recommend you to nebulise your child you can use medicines otherwise you can use saline water and you can also use warm water that is going to help in opening up the nasal passage throat and congestion into the chest of your child
