#Ask the expert Hello Doctor my 3 year old daughter has a regular constipation problem and after that vomiting and loose motion problem . We have checked with her paediatrician also but he suggested it is due to constipation only.

Prune juice you should give in the night start the day with a glass of warm water and apply some castor oil in the navel of the child before sleeping do these things regularly and make the child sit when the child is having warm water this is going to help in constipation release
