Q.

#Ask the Expert Doctor, Yesterday I have given A to Z syrup to my 3 yr old kid once in the morning after breakfast. Then he had loose motion (diarrhoea) once in the afternoon and night. It looks like a side effect of that syrup. Shall I continue giving him or shall I stop it? Pls suggest. Thank you.

A. Constipation, diarrhea, or upset stomach may occur. These effects are usually temporary and may disappear as your body adjusts to this medication. If any of these effects last or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
