# Ask the doctor Today I noticed blood in my baby's stool, he cried alot while passing it . I introduced baby corn a day before yesterday. what can be the reason please help me to know the reason. thank u.......

A. The baby is having hard stools most likely and that have caused a cut in the Anal opening which is causing pain and bleeding and you have to give lots of water and high-fiber dietWrite Your Answer Here

A. See Blood in the stool can mostly be an indication for stomach infection so it would be better that you once get a stool test done for your child to have a clarity about it because till the time the students is not done or you do not consult a doctor it would be very difficult to say anything about it
