Please don’t use diapers if you’re using any by chance completely no to diapers and then you can apply candid be ointment onto the entire area 3 to 4 times in the day and in general whenever you clean that area apply Boroline anti septic cream I think apart from rashes or child has developed a little bit of fungal infection as well
