Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy2 days agoA. Hello! As long as baby is healthy and active, not showing any discomfort symptoms there is nothing to worry. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand. Check if your baby is teething or having cold or congestion
