#Ask doctor hello doctor this is mom of 7.5 moths old baby can we take isabgol at night time while bf for weight loss?

A. Dear mum, Isabgol will not help you in weight loss. So, do not have it unnecessarily. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby. For weight loss, eat mindfully and exercise every day.

A. Thank you after delivery I had constipation issue on that time was taken isabgol will it harm baby
