#Ask d expert .. my 2 year lo was told lactose intolerant whn he was 1.25 year old as i got covid in 2nd wave by dat tym he was on my feed nd bit of toned milk later whn i isolated myself he was cmpletly on non diluted toned milk now my question is do curd nd cheese olso cntain lasctose?

A. yes, but they have good bacteria which enhances its digestibility After 1 year 9f age, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy. Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis. Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.
