#ask d expert hello docter my baby is one year two months old today in poop thr ws little amount of blood n d stool ws nt hard r nt watery it ws normal n befor 3mint before dng poop baby face expression was changed like she is haveng sumthng pain.....plz tell me wht to do plz help me out

A. It seems the baby is constipated..give soft foods to the baby.. give plenty of water and also other liquids like coconut water buttermilk etc to the baby... encourage the baby to chew the food properly.. Include papaya kishmish beetroot ghee and seasonal fruits vegetables in the baby's diet. give a few drops of honey in some warm water in the morning.. If the problem persists consult a paediatrician and he will guide you better
