RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Use a proper toothpaste and toothbrush to clean the teeth and tongue of your child Raj Ko Joe have to do and if you do not want to use a toothbrush then you can use our tongue cleaner Vijetha silicon tongue cleaner available for kids
