Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if the child is having loose motions that meet the child may be having some infection you can give enterogermina twice a day for 3 days and consult your doctor at once

Sporolac Can we give it to your child 2 to 3 times in a day you can give it in one warm teaspoon of water you can definitely go ahead with that apart from that give you RS and zinc supplement to the child see milk increases diarrhoea so if I ask your doctor if you can start giving a lactose free supplement as of now banana and curd will also help
