also do visit yiur doctor if no improvent aftet 3 days of fever.

You can give any basic paracetamol that you may have been giving previously to the child is continue with that viral fever can take about 5 to 10 days also to subside if you are sure it’s a viral fever then check with your doctor also for an infection because in that case a proper course of antibiotics would be required which would only be suggested by the doctors as we do not recommend you to give any medication or antibiotic to the child till that time your doctor is not advising you to give it
