Asalamu alaikum Doctor my baby boy is 27 months old. he has constipation... he does not eat properly , his weight is 13 kg. plz help me. I m worried

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 27 months old and he is having a constipation so he doesn’t eat food properly and due to it his weight is bit less 13 kg so give him syrup duphalac 5 ml twice a day
