Q.

As suggested by doctors i give food to my son who is one year two months old in every two hours ...Is this two hour rule applicable even when my son is sleeping at day time or at night

A. At night there is no need to feed a one year old child every two hours. You may feed milk once at late night around 11 and again early morning at around 5 am. During the day time you can give three meals a day along with a mid morning and evening snack. 500ml milk per day is sufficient for a one year old baby.
