POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Your baby is 1 year old right now and it is recommended to not include any health supplements in the diet till atleast 2 years or more. You can include fat and protein rich foods to increase the weight like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, avocado, eggs, chicken, fish, rice water, dry fruits, legumes and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
