VijithaTrying To Conceive2 years agoA. basically you should start once they reach 180 days because their digestive system is ready to accept food other than milk ... you can start with aple , carrot , beetroot , banana , rice , rice with dhal - purey form semi solid consistency not thin like milk
banana you can easily smash with your hands rest fruits / vegetables you can boil nd smash with your hands or spoon .. you can ofer mangoes / any seasonal food .... water intake shud be 15 ml per food don't give more water because of summer .. their stomach is their first size .... since you are introducing solid go with 1 meal a day for 6-7 m .. don't give any dry fruit or non veg as they are allergens to baby start after they completing 9 months .. after 8 months start 2 meal a day ... juices you can ofer but with hand smash not mixer as it wil take all the nutrients ..

Why your child is not satisfied with formula feeding first you need to see that increase the amount of milk if your child is not satisfied with the amount of milk that you are giving but I cannot advise you to start with food before completing the age of 61
