as I m 13weeks pregnant I am having severe lower backpain and lower abdomen pain..not able to sleep on side position not able to seat.and from last week I am not able to sleep also.around 3am I am getting sleep but only for 2 to 3hrs hardly

While some discomfort is common as the body changes and responds to the pregnancy, or persistent pain can sometimes indicate some issue that require medical attention.
