as I am on bm can I sleep backwards like keeping my stomach down to bed

A. hello mom, yes u can sleep like that , but see no excessive pressure due to tummy, so try to sleep in back rest fr a while u can change tge pisition

A. Definitely if you're feeling comfortable enough you can sleep with your stomach down on the bed it has nothing to do with you feeding the baby that will not harm the milk supply in anyway so you need not worry about that
