A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it canc go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after takingc breastfeeding. meet the doctor forx weight assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate breastfeeding
