Q.

As a I 3yr old girl my hemoglobin below 9, because of thalassemia minor. So what could be best diet for me...

A. Hello, give iron rich diet to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes can be healthy finger food. Nuts are also a great source of iron, amongst other nutrients. Grind them into porridge or cereal or milk, or chop them into small pieces for your toddler. Don’t give whole nuts to your baby or toddler, as they could lead to choking. Tofu, sweet potatoes, beet root, oats , are also have high iron contact.

A. You should take iron rich diet you should take pomegranate beetroot sweet potatoes apples and green leafy vegetables to increase the Hemo globin N also please check with the doctor
