Are these necessary to give colicaid and neosmile to 26days old girl?

A. colicaid is usually given when the child is facing college trouble which means that the child has trouble passing stool for a couple of days however there is no such thing that these medications are mandatory in case of discomfort only these medicines are advisable as per doctor's prescription
