Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if the baby is only 3 months old it is advised not to give any medicine to the baby without consulting your doctor so it is better to consult your doctor before giving it

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes it is absolutely fine to give d Swarna Bindu drops which is not a problem but it is better you start with the drops after the baby completes 6 months which would be better and it is absolutely safe and I've been giving it for my child also.. it is just a ayurvedic immunization
