Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi mam ,both type of painless and painful Vaccines are equally effective and good. no need to worry about it much. the difference between them is of cost and reaction which Child get after Vaccination. in painless Vaccines , the reaction after Vaccination is mild. mam , in government hospitals ,you can get mandatory vaccines only.
