A. Hi, soak Badam in the night and peel off the skin and you can give in the morning. Also you can give walnut. But make sure your kid is not allergic to the walnut. Include different type of veggies, fruits, pulses in the diet. Egg, Paneer, protein fruits. Always try to give home-made food and snacks which is best for them. you can involve in some physical and different type of activities.
