increase more of physical activities by doing exercise and regular daily walking it will help maintain good health and hormonal balance

Sometimes it could be due to hormonal imbalance a lot of women can face this kind of a thing where you have a period for a short duration for a while but then it resumes to a regular time after sometime maybe after a month or two but if it is continuous even after a month or then in that case it’s time to take a check with your doctor
