any one using hh zole cream

A. Hi.. some times my 4.5 year boy child having problem of having little redness on pnia tip. I am using HH zole cream or caladryl lotion. its taking 4 to 5 days to cure. I Ma always taking care od his hygiene & also changing clothes twice a day, washing penis twice but still the problem happening. kindly suggest me better medicine o avoid or cure fast.
