Hi use Permethrin as advised by your Paediatrician maintain hygiene trim babys nails wash clothes in hot water and dry in sunlight isolation of clothes towels with other family members is very important to prevent spread please consult Paediatrician once and get evaluated

PriyankaGuardian of 2 children5 years agoA. camphor+coconut oil+aloe vera mix all the 3 ingredients and gently massage all over the body and let it dry then give bath. each time u give bath change bedsheets and towel. this worked for my child
