Q.
Anwita has bowel problem saio in April.she has chronic stomach ache and gas.now she is suffering from fever and cough and constipation .what to do.hee wbc is 22400during this

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is a reaction of the body to different pyrogens released during any Infection. Usually temp more than 99 F is taken as fever . Mostly in children fever is because of viral infections like flu or RSV where the fever is there for 4-5 days but may persist even upto 2 weeks . Initially antipyretic like paracetamol is given in a dose of 15 mg / kg/ dose. Can be repeated after 4-6 hrs if needed . Lukewarm sponge bath can be given as hovume remedy to decrease fever. Adequate fluid intake is also beneficial. Urine output monitoring is nehcessary to avoid dehydration .

CHL is already been through an issue so I suggest you year whatever medicine you want to go ahead with you kindly crosscheck with your doctor ones the doctor would be able to help you with appropriate clarity on this as to what could possibly be the problem and what kind of medication or treatment you need to focus upon
