Anvit has green color poop since last 2 week and found mucus ,(stool routine report attached). please advise

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. It might be due to indigestion if there is mucous in stools and stools are either watery frothy or foul smelling and give Zibc drops to the baby take care
