Q.
Anubhav ghosh suffering from dry cough and fever for Last two days. Take medicines paracetamol 250 5 ml& take budecort 100 2puff daily 2times, asthaline 2puff 6times daily, telekast l kid 1tab daily.But no improvement in cough. Due to puja no Doctor available now pls.advise us what to do. Age 5yrs 2 month. weight 18.5 kg

Brozeet kids you can give for dry cough you can give it three times in the day depending upon the current weight of your child it is going to be somewhere around 5ML itself or you can core related to the amount of medicine that you’re already giving to the child hopefully this should be good also give indirect steam to the child that also is going to be beneficial
